How to Generate iOS App Icons

Step 1: Upload Your Master Icon

Upload a 1024x1024 pixel square image. Do not add rounded corners; Apple applies the mask automatically.

Step 2: Verify Preview

Check the preview to see how your icon looks on the Home Screen, in Settings, and in Spotlight search.

Step 3: Download & Integrate

Download the ZIP file, extract it, and replace the AppIcon.appiconset folder in your Xcode project's Assets.xcassets directory.

iOS App Icon FAQs

What sizes do I need for iOS apps?

iOS apps require multiple icon sizes for different devices and contexts, ranging from 20x20pt (Notification) to 1024x1024px (App Store Marketing). Our tool generates all of them.

Should I round the corners of my icon?

No. Upload a square image. iOS applies the superellipse mask automatically. If you upload an image with pre-rounded corners, you may see black artifacts in the corners.
